Director & Licensed Building Practitioner
Blaine Oelofse is a Licensed Building Practitioner with extensive experience delivering high-quality residential construction across New Zealand. He completed his apprenticeship in Auckland and has since worked on a diverse range of projects throughout Auckland, Waikato, Otago, and Bay of Plenty.
Blaine spent two years contributing to the construction of a high-end architectural lifestyle estate in Queenstown before returning to the North Island for family and to establish roots of his own, proudly becoming a father in 2025.
Blaine brings a strong work ethic, precision, and a commitment to quality to every project he undertakes.
